Before you move into RJII
You need to make sure that maintenance charges are paid for your apartment.
Make sure you go through the guidelines of move in procedure.
Pay move in charges
Collect Garbage Segregation Bins from previous resident or new one from Maint Office
Collect Vehicle Parking Stickers from Maint Office
Contact RJ II Association office for any details.
While in RJII

Make sure you have cleared outstanding dues of vendors like Newspaper, cable etc.
Make sure you go through the guidelines of move out procedure.
NOC is mandatory for moving out of RJII.
Pay move out charges
Return the Garbage Bins to the owner or new tenant.
