The affairs of Rohan Jharoka II Apartment are managed by Rohan Jharoka II Owners Association (RJIIOA) through 11 members (9 elected and 2 Associate) from the community who form the Management Committee.

The RJIIOA Management Committee is headed by a President and the other office bearers are Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary. Each of the members have been assigned specific portfolio for streamlined management of RJII activities. The day to day management of the facilities of RJII is looked after by a Facility Management team headed by a Facility Manager under the overall supervision and control of the RJIIOA Management Committee (a.k.a. MC).
